PM76372: rccTSOServer start failed on Linux RedHat 5.6 when IPV6 is not configured well

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There are more than one network adapters are configured. In
  certain configuration, addrinfo list returned from
  getaddrinfo() has IPV4 address as the first one and IPV6 address
  as the second one. But if IPV6 network is not configured well,
  socket creation will fail using IPV6 protocol and exception is
  thrown. And then rccTSOServer has no opportunity to create
  socket using IPV4 protocol. So at last rccTSOServer will fail to
  start.
