Error description
SAEM takes 1 hour to respond back after clicking the edit login menu options. Client is using SA v11.4.01087 and using SAEM to edit a user loging. When he does this (by double-clicking the icon or using the menus) it takes a long time (up to an hour or more). Client only has one domain and also it happens for all users. Workaround is to use SQL Server Management Studio.

If the query to determine database status takes more than this then the query is reissued for every database on the server.
Problem conclusion
The solution is to increase the cache time to 120 seconds.
