Error description

• The problem will only occurs if the VE install hfs is unmounted
  after VE is removed and then either manually run iscdeploy
  -restore or apply  maintenance.
  
  Symptom:
  One of a few messages that can be seen:
  
  PluginException : PLPR0069E: IOException while parsing
  plugin.xml in
  
  /WebSphere7/nacell/DeploymentManager/systemApps/isclite.ear/iscl
  ite.war/ WEB-INF/com.ibm.ws.console.guidedactivity/plugin.xml
  wrappedException =  java.io.FileNotFoundException:
  
  /WebSphere7/nacell/DeploymentManager/systemApps/isclite.ear/iscl
  ite.war/WEB-INF/com.ibm.ws.console.guidedactivity/plugin.xml
  (EDC5129I No such file or directory.)
  

Local fix

• Remount the XD install hfs and then apply maintenance. Either
  leave the hfs mounted or unmount it again. The XD install hfs
  only needs to be mounted when the iscdeploy is done.
