Error description

• Inconsistent UOR tracking information causes replication to
  fail.
  Following errors received...
  CECM0011I The status of the subscription T2_T_APPLY1_REMDB in
  the source server is ERROR.
  CECC0241I The source server is stopping the manager
  event for the subscription T2_T_APPLY1_REMDB.

  The problem was not getting recreated so the code change was
  tested with five concurrent BMP's and active diagnostic
  metrics to verify the changes did not cause any problem.
  It coud be tested on sysplex. It needs multiple in-flight UORs
  being tracked and a change being staged while the monitoring
  service is accessing the in-flight UOR tracking information.
  The monitor and capture service should use different CP's
  

Problem conclusion

• The monitor and capture service uses a cursor to access the
  pXLUOR X-List for deleting multiple entries so X-List should
  be changed to shared X-List to eliminate this error. Also the
  pXLSub X-List is frequently accessed and so should be changed
  to shared x-List to avoid any subscription getting skipped.
