  This APAR provides the z/OS connector 8.6 fix pack 2
  with the support to the new plug-ins for Smart Cloud
  Provisioning and Remote Command
  Refer to Apar PM73032 for details.

  This Apar also fix following defect:
  When you connect from the Dynamic Workload Console to the
  Tivoli Workload Scheduler z/OS engine to retrieve a list of
  defined objects, you can receive an error message
  if the list is not returned within the timeout period.
  After that the object is locked.
  .
  This PTF has a dependency on fix pack 2 being installed on
  TIVOLI Workload Dynamic Console 8.6
