PM76081: CONFIGURATION VALUE FOR ATTRIBUTE FINCOPYCONFIGERROR IS IGNORED BY DNF_ILS_FIN

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When attribute FINCopyConfigError for CT DnfFinParamtersSnfil is
  set to deliver, an OSN with a FINCopy Service code, for which no
  definition could be found, it's expected to be passed to the
  application anyway with an error response.
  
  However, after applying the SR2012 PTFs, which support ASP for
  FIN, the configuration value for this attribute is ignored and
  an OSN remains in DNF_IAMS instead of being passed to the
  application.
  

Local fix

• Perform the appropriate configuration actions:
  for TPS and FINInform Services, do the appropriate
  configuration in WBI-FN according to SA Guide ("Configuring
  SWIFTNet FINCopy and FINInform services") and make sure, that
  the latest ASP is imported

  Formerly, when a FIN message with a FINCopy service was
  received but no ASP profile for the given FINCopy service
  could be found, the FIN message was kept in DNF_IAMS table
  regardless of the configured value of attribute
  FinCopyConfigError.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now, the message is delived to the FIN application if the
  value of attribute FinCopyConfigError is set to 'deliver'.
