Error description
Applications using Apache HTTP client to invoke web services via SOAP connection to MQ Broker does not show links in ITCAM for Transactions if instrumentation of HTTP headers is used.
Local fix
Problem summary
ITCAM Transaction Tracking does not show topology links for HTTP clients instrumented with ITCAM AD flowing to MQ Broker SOAP Web Services. This is caused by incorrect case of ARM correlators sent to ITCAM Transaction Tracking Collector.
Problem conclusion
Instrumentation of HTTP clients is corrected to use upper case characters for ARM correlators.
