APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When an audit log is generated for more than one PERFORM command
  using non stacked commands, print files after the first one
  may have an extra blank line after the header.
  The error depends on the reassigned anchor not being initialized
  by the environment, so it is highly dependent upon the OS.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When an audit log is generated for more than one PERFORM
  command using non stacked commands, print files after the first
  one may have an extra blank line after the header.
  The error depends on the reassigned anchor not being
  initialized by the environment, so it is highly
  dependent upon the OS.
  

Problem conclusion

• The anchor for print file services needs to be initialized
  after the initial get anchor so that prior header types are not
  considered in the page header logic.
