Running arsmaint with the -v (validate cache parameter) will cause ARSSOCKD 0C4 abend CEE3204S The system detected a protection exception (System Completion Code=0C4) From entry point ArcCACHEP_ValidateFile at compile unit offset +000000F 20501416.
Local fix
Run arsmaint without the "-v" parameter.
