Error description

• There are situations that messages in the acknowledgment wait
  queue need to be resent to SWIFTNet. In order to avoid duplicate
  messages, the messages must be marked as possible duplicates
  using a PDE trailer. This information enables the recipient of
  the messages to check whether some or all of the messages have
  already been received and processed previously. MERVA does not
  provide a programmatic PDE trailer generation.
