PM75928: [wi 237789] [WebUI] dynamic read-only ContributorWidget selection is incorrect in FF

Error description

• Customer had customised their process template so that
  contributor attribute (Approver) is required attribute for
  saving work item.
  
  For IE and Chrome, when users click on contributor attribute,
  dropdown box would start with 'unassigned'. User needs to select
  a value from dropdown box in order to proceed
  
  For Firefox, when users click on contributor attribute, dropdown
  box automatically select first value. However if customer
  attempts to save work item, it will prompt a value need to be
  selected for
  'Approver' field. User need to manually click on dropdown box
  and choose a value from the list. Since first entry for the
  contributor attribute is already selected, it causes great
  confusing among users.
