Error description

• Abend0C4 in DFSDLMP0 PM15220 at offset x'18A' label
  GETPSBSP due to REG04 being invalid. Should be a pointer to
  the PDIR. The PSB blocks we are trying to access has been
  previously freed by DFSOPSB0. The FREEMAIN is from DFSDLMP0
  label NORELLL.

  An ABENDS0C4 occurred in module DFSDLMP0, routine DLMPGB (Obtain
  a buffer from the PSB buffer pool).  After an OLR was started,
  an attempt was made to obtain a buffer from the PSB buffer pool.
  Space was not available, so the PSB most-used queue is searched
  for unscheduled PSBs in order to free a PSB to get space to
  satisfy the current request.  The active OLR PSB and its
  associated blocks were incorrectly released.  After obtaining
  the buffer from the PSB buffer pool, the 0C4 occurred when
  attempting to initialize the PSB header with the PSB name from
  PDIRSYM.  R4, which pointed to the PDIR, was no longer valid.
