APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After IMS abended the CAPTURE Log Reader service  received an
  internal error and shut with a warning message rather than a
  failure.  Capture and Apply servers remained active but did
  no capture/apply.
  CECZ0320W The IMS change-capture interface received
  an internal error at read time. The change-capture interface
  disabled  the log stream
