PM75740: AFTER EXPERIENCING PM75701 ISSUE, PSBW POOL BLOCKS WERE ORPHANED AND EVENTUALLY MOST MPPS WERE WAIT-INT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer experienced issue described by PM75701. Many PSBs
  failed scheduled with DFS0651W RC14 while the FMTLIB OLC
  COMMIT was in progess. Each failed schedule orphaned some
  PSBW storage because the path taken in DFSDBLM0 after
  DDIR1CHA is found set and OLC COMMIT active skips freeing
  PSBW storage already obtained.

  When scheduling fails with DFS0651W validation error 14 the PSB
  copy is not freed from the PSBW pool.  Eventually the PSBW pool
  will fill to capacity and message DFS993I will be issued.  This
  occurs when online change is in commit phase while many PSBs are
  scheduling.

  Code has been added in module DFSDBLM0 after label RBLRC14 to
  set PDIRFREE in the PDIR copy when DFS0651W Validation Error 14
