PM75683: ORDER OF PAGES IN PORTAL 7.0/ NO MOVE UP/DOWN BUTTON

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer would like to re-order pages but doesn't see up/down
  buttons despite being administrator
  Opened for release 7001
  

Local fix

• Only 3-4 pages are not showing the up/down button, and the other
  pages around them can be manipulated, so the customer isn't
  totally without recourse as far as rearranging their pages.  It
  just takes a little longer sometimes.

Problem conclusion

• A code fix for this issue is integrated into the 8.0.0.0
  Combined Cumulative Fix 003 (PM74094) which is available from
