  • File MAnager is looping trying to issue message 8010 which
is "FMNBI010 An FMI Edit/Browse session is already active"
Internally File Manager is not detecting correctly that this
message target is for FMI (plugin) and loops.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: File Manager on the host may loop or    *
*                      abend when attempting to issue message  *
*                      "FMNBI010 An FMI Edit/Browse session    *
*                      is already active" from a FM Eclipse    *
*                      plugin session.                         *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

File Manager is incorrectly trying to issue an ISPF popup when
not in an ISPF environment.

Problem conclusion

  • File Manager has been updated to correct the problem.
