  When Altering an object, DB2 mistakenly acquired an invalid
  Data Base Descriptor (DBD) and tried to update it with the
  object's changed attributes. This caused an internal sanity
  check to fail with Abend04E RC00C90101 in DSNGDCPD with
  ERQUAL5005.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is made in DB2 to properly acquire a valid DBD when
  Altering an object.
