• Abstract:
  
  Attempts to publish to a WebSphere Application Server v8.0 might
  failed when a resource was changed.
  
  Problem:
  
  Reproducing the problem
  1. Create a web project and associated EAR.
  2. Create a servlet in the web project.
  3. With standard WebSphere Application Server settings publish
  to the server.
  
  You will see the following errors such as the following in the
  console:

  Local fix:
  
  In the server overview editor view, under 'Publishing settings
  for WebSphere Application Server', uncheck 'Minimize application
  files copied to the server', and the issue should disappear.
  
  Alternately you can right-click on the server and re-publish a
  second time.
