PM75606: UPDATES TO RESOURCE NAMES ARE NOT UPDATED IN THE RESULTS GALLERY SUITE REPORT AN GUI

APAR status

Error description

• The issue is around the renaming of resources in GHTester not
  having their names within the GHTester project DB not updating
  properly.ﾶ
  
  To Reproduce:
  
  1) Create a test named "test1"
  2) Create a suite and run the suite
  3) Change the name of test1 to "test2"
  4) Run the suite again
  5) Open up the results gallery and look at the latest run of the
  test.ﾶ  In the GUI and in the Suite
  detailed report it states that the name of the test is "test1".
  ﾶ
  6) If you look at the test's detailed report you'll see that the
  first instance of the run has "test1" and the 2nd has "test2"ﾶ
