Error description

• C:D missing the SVTM052I message on Unix XSMG242I  error
  
  SVTM052I not produced for security error on SNODE (XSMG242I on
  CD/UNIX) when process does not have a primary function (COPY,
  RT, etc.).
  
  Change code in STEPMSG routine to provide a default funtion of
  PROCESS so SVTM052I can show the SNODEs error message.
