    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    To improve usability of the extended repository service delta
    checkpoint for auditing purposes, a method is needed to quickly
    determine the id of a user who saved a configuration change.

Problem conclusion

  • For improved ease of use, a user.id file is created with each
    extended repository service delta checkpoint. The file is
    contained in the checkpoint folder and contains a single line
    with the user id of the principal saving the associated
    configuration change.

    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 8.5.0.2. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
