  Program Version    :  8.5
  when the EGL debugger hits a converse statement within an EGL
  program the applicable TUI screen is displayed as minimized and
  all fields,keys etc are disabled and cannot be edited.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1.) Debug the application until reaching the converse statement.
  
  2.) The screen is then created but in minimized state.
  3.) Maximize, open the screen and it is disabled, users cannot
  enter any data and none of the PF keys are active.
  4.) Click anywhere within the RBD workbench outwith the screen.
  5.) Reopen the screen window and all fields are now enabled.

  In RBD 85 and before, when running a TUI program and
  converse statement is hit, the TUI screen displayed as
  minimized and all fields are disabled for edit. The problem
  is not consistent and happens in some Windows environment.
  

Problem conclusion

• In RBD 851 and later, when running a TUI program and
  converse statement is hit, the TUI screen will popup in the
  front and can be edited.
