* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The VSAM attributes BWO, LOG and        *
*                      LOGSTREAMID cannot be altered using the *
*                      Catalog Services utility Alter prefix   *
*                      command.                                *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
****************************************************************

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The BWO, LOG and LOGSTREAMID attributes will be displayed when
the INFO prefix command is entered against a VSAM data set on
the Catalog Services Data Set list panel.  These attributes can
be changed when the ALTER prefix command is entered against the
VSAM data set.
