Error description

• Because DB2 doesn't allocate enough storage, ABEND04E
  RC00E2000F at DSNXIATB.DSNSVSFB + 0858 occurs when adding
  multiple columns to a table. The storage overlay may result in
  DB2 crash after a while.
  
  e.g.
  ALTER TABLE TB1
  ADD C1 TIME
  ADD C2 DATE
  ADD C3 CHAR(2)
  .....
  ADD C34 CHAR(6);
