Error description

• After applying PTF UK76539, if an independent variable is
  defined with VALUE REQUIRED = NO, it is set to BLANK when the
  value of the INDEPENDENT variable matches the defined
  dependency.

Problem conclusion

• The problem was due to an internal flag not checked; this flag
  should consider that the positional (?-var) variables must be
  substituted finally.
