  Formerly, if you stopped a print queue having print orders in
  status PRTO_DISPATCHED that were not yet printed, and if you
  restarted this print queue later on, then these print orders
  were never printed out, but remained in status PRTO_DISPATCHED
  forever.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now, such print orders are printed out after restart of the
  print queue, and the order status changes from PRTO_DISPATCHED
  to PRTO_WAIT_CONF if confirmation is configured for this queue,
  or are removed from the queue if no confirmation is configured
  for this queue.
