PM75028: CEMT ABEND COUNTS WHILE FA ACTIVE ARE NOT ACCURATE.

APAR status

• Closed as duplicate of another APAR.

Error description

• Client noticed that if Fault Analyzer(FA) is active, the abend
  counts provided, using CEMT Inquire TRD does not add entries
  or increment the counts reliablely.
  
  Used the following steps for three tests:
  
                Test 1
  
    CEMT I TRD -- shows no abend for AAAA
    CEDF
    TRAN
    --take couple steps, enter PF12, the AAAA for the abend code,
      and PF12 again
    CEMT I TRD -- no entry for abend AAAA
    back to ISPF, run FA and the abend is captured
  
                Test 2
  
    CFA -- uninstall FA exits
    CEDF
    TRAN
    --take couple steps, enter PF12, the AAAA for the abend code,
      and PF12 again
    CEMT I TRD -- now entry for abend AAAA has been added, and
                  count shows 1
    back to ISPF, run FA and no new abend is captured as expected.
  
                Test 3
  
    CFA -- install FA exits
    CEDF
    TRAN
    --take couple steps, enter PF12, the AAAA for the abend code,
      and PF12 again
    CEMT I TRD -- entry for AAAA still exists, but count not
                  incremented, still 1
    back to ISPF, run FA and the new abend is captured
