Error description
When SA/390 ( SA390 ) workstation is used in TWS z/OS and System Automation commands are used that have variable substitution, it is possible that some control blocks ( TUB and JDAT ) are not freed. Subpool2 key8 shows very high usage above the line. The following message may be seen in the controller EQQMLOG: EQQN032E UNABLE TO OPEN VSAM FILE EQQCP1DS, VSAM RC = 0008, REASON = 0136 where REASON136 indicates an out of storage situation.

Problem conclusion
