  The problem is that CSQIPROP is not returning the address of the
  MHDR (and thus the MD) when a message is stored on SMDS. This
  causes the message to not be returned when using JMS selectors
  specifying a MessageId or a CorrelId - as these selectors need
  to be matched against the corresponding fields held in the MQMD
  of the message.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to return the MHDR for messages stored
  on SMDS when a selector specifies either MessageId or CorrelId.
