PM74942: CACG111W ISSUED DURING EVENT PUBLISHER SHUT DOWN

Error description

• APAR PM54999 added Additional Diagniostics to resolve the
  problem where CACG111W issued during Event publisher shut down.
  This APAR will provide the resolution for this problem.

  During Event Publisher shutdown sometimes the server would issue
  message CACG111W.  The message is indicating that there was a
  problem with freeing memory.  This was being cause by code that
  was trying to free memory back to the wrong heap.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code in Event Publisher has been amended to release memory
  to the correct heap.
