    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    After PM60076 a normal CICS shutdown may hang because of closed
    STE control blocks that are still attached to the TCPIPSERVICE
    LTE control block. This leaves the CSOL task in a permanent
    SO_LTEPTY wait state.

    The last message issued by CICS is:

    DFHWK0105I applid  Warm keypoint successful.

    The fix for PM67006 was not implemented for the web alias task
    processing, and although the socket was closed, the STE control
    block was not updated in a way that would allow it to be
    deleted by CICS and removed from the LTE.
