  *                      issues during session rebalancing.      *

  Incoming requests contend for a lock on internal on demand
  configuration data. If a long running operation, such as a
  session rebalance occurs under this lock, requests will be
  delayed longer than necessary. This delay impacts performance.
  

Problem conclusion

• By default there are no changes to the runtime behavior. To
  avoid the lock caused by long operation duration, set a
  generic Java Virtual Machine argument for "ODR_LockOptimization"
  to "true".
  
  This fix will be included in the next available fix pack for
  WebSphere Virtual Enterprise.
