  The failing instruction is 42A0 300F with Reg3=00000000.
  .
  The 0C4 happened when an ABENDS13E occurred while CSQMCTXE was
  in the middle of end-context processing. In this case, it was
  while a connected WebSphere Application Server was ending. The
  queue manager remained running.

Problem conclusion

• RRS end-context processing has been amended to ensure that the
  it will not be re-driven if we abend during RRS end-context.
