Error description

• When using FM option 3.6 Find/Change Utility, and multiple
  change commands are entered against a PDS/PDSE with options:
  
   JCL Source format
   Immediate change
   Directory integrity
  
  PF8 is entered a few times after changes to dataset are made,
  then PF3 is entered to exit ISPF.  Receive abend C03 -
  
   ISPS014 - ** Logical screen request failed - abend C03000 **
   ISPS015 - ** Contact your system programmer or dialog
             developer.**

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An ABENDSC03 may occur when exiting     *
  *                      ISPF having exited File Manager         *
  *                      after using the Find/Change utility     *
  *                      to change PDS/PDSE members with the     *
  *                      JCL Source format and Immediate Change  *
  *                      options selected.                       *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  If the last member in the PDS is not changed it is not closed
  which may cause an abendsc03 when exiting ISPF.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager has been modified to correct this problem.
