PM74442: Loss of State Transitions after import from Rational Rose

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• NewDiagram'. Note that, for this problem to happen, transitions
  must be defined in a sub-package of the package that contains
  the diagram in which they are actually used. See the Use Case
  for a simple example.
  
  Workaround
  
  The only possible workaround is to open the model in Rose and
  manually move the affected transitions into the package where
  they are also displayed.
  
  However this is only applicable to models who have a small
  number of affected transitions.

  When the transition is in a different nested package w.r.t.
  the source and target activities, then the transition was
  trying to match only the activities in it's current
  package-level.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix now adresses the above mentioned problem by allowing
  the transition to also match for activity-CBAs(Call Behavior
  Actions) outside the current package-level hierarchy.
