Error description
Least recently used (LRU) evictors can fall into an infinite loop. Java core dumps indicate that the evictor is stuck in a LRUEvictor.processQueue process; for example: "WXS : 111: LRUEvictorForMap-map Java callstack: at com/ibm/websphere/objectgrid/plugins/builtins/LRUEvictor.process Queue(LRUEvictor.java:1255(Compiled Code)) at com/ibm/websphere/objectgrid/plugins/builtins/LRUEvictor.run(LRU Evictor.java:1031(Compiled Code))

Problem conclusion
The code now verifies whether the eviction queue is empty before throwing a NoSuchElementException exception.
