PM74273: AFTER AN IMS APPLY FAILURE IN CLASSIC IMS REPLICATION, A RESTARTED SUBSCRIPTION DID NOT RECEIVE CHANGES

Error description

• After a subscription failure in which parallel apply processing
  was taking place, the subscription was restarted and then
  stopped with a controlled stop before any changes were applied.
  The log showed that in the controlled stop, the absolute
  bookmark was incorrectly pushed forward to the leading
  edge value.

Problem conclusion

• In the sequence of events described above, the absolutetime is
  incorrectly set to the leading edge time, despite existing
  transactions that have not yet been applied.  Code has been
  corrected to verify that there are no further transactions to
  be applied before pushing the absolute time forward to the
  leading edge time.
