    http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/rationalsdp/docu
    mentation/updatesites/RAD8.0.4_updateSite.zip
    2) Extract it to a location on your file-system.
    3) Install Rational Application Developer 8.0.4.1 and start
    Local Help Updater
    4) Add the update site as a local site to the Local Help Updater
    5) Install both options for the documentation and notice they
    are listed in 'Installed Content'
    6) In the product, select menu Help ? Install New Software...
    - Select 'http://findbugs.cs.umd.edu/eclipse/' from the
'Available Software Sites' and install the FindBugs Feature
