PM73954: The Instance drop down in Tester's Results Gallery appears to only show 1 result with no drop down capability

Error description

  • In rare cases the Instance drop down in GH Tester's Results
    Gallery will not initially render at the correct pixel count.
    This means that the 'drop down' arrow to allow the user to
    select previous runs will not show.    This has not been
    replicated in IBM's development labs and is believed to be
    caused by a slow database connection resulting in slow
    screen-population times.  No corrective action has been taken.
