PM73948: You cannot resize columns in a grid report by click and drag in Rational System Architect

  Description:

  Attempts to re-size the columns in the results of a grid report
  by clicking on the column dividers and trying to drag them fail.
   No error message is displayed.  The divider does not move with
  the mouse action and upon release of the mouse button the column
  size has not changed.
  
  Note:
  ----
  If you double click, very quickly, the column dividers then the
  column will auto size, but not exactly a workaround - you have
  to double click in just the right spot and having it auto size
  is not exactly the same as being able to re-size exactly as
  desired.

Problem conclusion

• Change in a third party control caused the issue. System
  Architect added extra checking to restrict the drag ? drop
  support so that it does not run when dragging the header
  columns.
