  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A null pointer can result if an         *
  *                      OSGi service or loader                  *
  *                      plug-in is configured and running an    *
  *                      osgiUpdate operation.                   *

  The product checks for specific eXtreme Scale loader
  plug-ins at run time if any are defined during the osgiUpdate
  operation.
  In some cases, this check causes  null pointer exceptio.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been modified to stop the null
  pointer exception error.
