APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• MER ComIbmDniFinInput node does not fill in the business-OU in
  the RFH2 header
  
  in the case of use an invalid FIN message without RFH2.
  the invalid output terminal of the node does not put the
  business-OU on the RFH2 header
