Error description

• Logging of OS in Console Mode crashes the Change Service
  
  Prerequisites:
  
  1. Change 5.2 installed and running on a Windows Operating
  System.
  
  2. Ability to access Change Server by means of Remote Desktop in
  Console Mode.
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Log on to Change Server by means of Remote Desktop in Console
  Mode. The following DOS Prompt Command achieves this:
  mstsc /console
  
  2. Log off the Change Server.
  
  
  Expected Results:
  
  - The Change Service remains running and users are able to log
  in to Change.
  
  
  Actual Results:
  
  - The Change Service crashes and users are unable to log in to
  Change.
  
  
  Workaround:
  
  1. Open ?CHANGE_APP?\jetty\win32\service.cfg
  
  2. After the line
  'jvmOption8=-Dorg.mortbay.xml.XmlParser.NotValidating=true'
  
  Add a new line
  'jvmOption9=-Xrs'
  
  3. Then reinstall the Change Service by opening the command
  prompt and changing to the following directory:
  
  ?CHANGE_APP?\jetty\win32
  
  4. Execute the following commands:
  jservice.exe -u service.cfg
  jservice.exe -i service.cfg
