• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When installing or re-installing the Build Forge agent on a
  Windows 7 system in GUI-mode (User-mode), a reboot is required.
  
  Without rebooting the Windows 7 system, the agent will fail with
  agent error 'ExecWinJobAssocFail', and OS error code 5 (Access
  is denied.).
  Rebooting the system after installing/re-installing the Build
  Forge agent in GUI-mode avoids the issue.
