PM73459: Missing objects on definition property field

Error description

• There were missing relationships on property field after
  importing definitions from CSV file.

  The Technology Component definition that all the Application
  Components in the CSV file are referring to is running out
  of data space. Because of a problem in the code we do not
  report back. The code actually soft crashes and as a result
  erroneous relationship records are being created.
  

Problem conclusion

• The import will report on the data space limit being reached
  and none of the Application Component definitions which
  couldn't be mirrored in the Technology Component definition
  will be created. The code will also no longer crash.
