PM73294: AFTER APPLYING FIX 59523 SHUTDOWN GETS CMB2181E - C:E TCP TCP/IP REQUEST ACCEPT

• After applyig Fix 59523 when C:E online is shutdown it gets
  CMB2181E - C:E TCP TCP/IP REQUEST ACCEPT   FAILED WITH RC=0071,
  RS=011C. STOPPING CEDOWN STARTED TASKS

Problem summary

• Description of Issue:
  
   1)The following error occured during C:E online shutdown
  processing:
     CMB2181E - C:ETCP TCP/IP REQUEST ACCEPT FAILED WITHRC=0071,
  RS=011C
     This was caused by an erroneous cancel for a TCP/IP ACCEPT
  command.
  
   2)The C:E Online final shutdown message is issued prematurely:
     CMB006I - Connect:Enterprise SHUTDOWN COMPLETE
  

Problem conclusion

• Description of Fix:
  
   1)During shutdown processing, bypass the cancel on the TCP
  ACCEPT.
  
   2)Issue the CMB006I after all processing is completed,
  immediately
     prior to exiting the main C:E Online program (STMAIN).
