Error description
When upgrading from AppScan Source 8.0.0.2 to AppScan Source 8.6.0.1 custom rules are lost. After the upgrade is complete, custom rules do not appear in the custom rule view. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a custom rule in AppScan Source 8.0.0.2 2. Confirm the custom rule appears in the custom rule view in 8.0.0.2 3. Upgrade to 8.6.0.1 4. Start Security Analysis 5. Open the custom rule view result: no custom rules appear
