  DSNDQWHC in version 9 contains an additional correlation token
  QWHCCTKN.  Seems as if we missed this field in the DPM0

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  DB2 introduced new fields in DSNDQWHC for version 9 subsystems
  after GA. These fields are only available if the DB2 subversion
  is greater than 1. Due to these new fields the internal
  migration of data to the most current DB2 version fails and
  causes a PE server abend.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  1. For DB2 Version 9 subsystem the subversion will be verified.
  2. Depending on the V9 subversion different migration steps
  will be executed.
