Error description

• ABEND0C4 S0C4 occurs on panel EQQALSEP with ADVANCED PANELS set
  to YES and all panel fields except OP EXTENDED JOBNAME left
  blank.  If all fields other than OP EXTENDED JOBNAME are blank,
  and any value is entered in the OP EXTENDED JOBNAME, the abend
  the abend occurs when the enter key is pressed.

  If all fields other than OP EXTENDED JOBNAME are left to blank,
  and any value is entered in the OP EXTENDED JOBNAME, the abend
  S0C4 occurs when the enter key is pressed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Pointer values were used to evaluate an offset inside
  the Operation Extended Information section. In case of
  missing sections, the pointer value can be outside the
  AD record owned area, causing the ABEND.
