Error description

• In IBM Rational Synergy 7.2, when .bat files are launched from
  within Synergy they get executed from CCM_HOME\bin directory
  instead of their Work Area.
  
  Test platform:
  1) Synergy 7.2.0.1, 7.2.0.2.002
  2) Windows OS Server 2003 SP2 32-bit
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1) Create a new type called 'batch' associated with the '.bat'
  extension
  2)-Modify the file %CCM_HOME%\etc\ccm.properties adding the
  line:
  ##
  windows.tool.view.batch = '%ccm_home\\bin\\util\\ccm_exec'
  '%file1'
  ##
  3)Start a new session
  4)Within a project create a new object called test.bat
  (type=batch) with the following content:
  ####
  ECHO '%CD%'
  PAUSE
  SET SUBDIR=%~dp0
  ECHO %SUBDIR%
  PAUSE
  ####
  
  4) Check in  the task + object.
  5) Double click on this object in Synergy.
  
  Expected results:
  The .bat is executed from the Work Area.
  
  Actual results:
  The .bat is executed from CCM_HOME\bin

  Working us expected in Synergy 7.1.0.6.001
